STANDARD LEASE: Perpetual for-profit licensing up to 2,500$ in revenue generated or 250,000 streams, delivered in MP3 format without multitracks (stems).

PREMIUM LEASE: Perpetual for-profit licensing up to 25,000$ in revenue generated or 1,000,000 streams, delivered in WAV format with multitracks (as requested).

EXCLUSIVE LEASE: One year contract where the beat becomes exclusive for that year. 5% royalty on revenue obtained from use of instrumental for the duration of the contract.
